- High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
- Preferred Provider Option (PPO) Plan
Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) is the provider of the Laboratory’s medical benefits. Retiree medical plan premiums are subject to graduated eligibility.
