Inclusion and Diversity

We believe diversity fuels our innovative, agile, and principled workforce that is essential to solving problems of global importance.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee engagement is essential to our vibrant workforce. Laboratory ERGs exist to assist the Laboratory with the recruitment amd retention, as well as to address requests from management to understand and aid in the inclusion of specific groups. LANL ERGs recommend, develop, or provide assistance with initiatives that:

  • Help the Laboratory to attract and recruit representative group members
  • Help the Laboratory to retain and promote representative group members
  • Cause awareness of work environment issues and educate the Laboratory regarding the group

We encourage our employees to become a part of, or create an Employee Resource Group (ERG) and find ways to shape the workforce of the future
